Terms and Conditions for the Kirkwood Blvd Wix Website Template Affiliate Program:
1. Application and Acceptance:

All users must apply to become affiliates with Kirkwood Blvd.

While most applications are accepted, Kirkwood Blvd reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate relationship for any reason.
2. Commission Structure:

Affiliates will receive a 15% commission on all website template purchases made by customers who enter Kirkwood Blvd’s website through their unique referral link within 7 days of clicking the link.
3. Refunded Purchases:

Although there is no refunds.. in a rare occasion, commissions earned on refunded purchases will be invalidated and deducted from the affiliate’s account or retained from future earnings as necessary.
4. Payment Details:

All accounts will be paid out in $USD via PayPal.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining an active PayPal account capable of accepting payments.

Payouts will be made in 14 days.
5. Account Maintenance:

Affiliates are responsible for updating and maintaining their contact and payment details as necessary.
6. Self-Referrals:

Affiliates are prohibited from earning referrals on their own purchases made through their affiliate links.
7. Compliance with Guidelines:

Affiliates must adhere to guidelines set out by the FTC.

8. Sales Restrictions:

Affiliate Partners cannot sell the website templates in their own shop on their own website.

9. Prohibited Methods:

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spam, pay-to-click, click exchange, deal/coupon sites, or other incentive-based methods.

Cookie-stuffing techniques are strictly forbidden.
10. Compliance Assurance:

Affiliates must not establish domains with similar spellings to Kirkwood Blvd to generate affiliate commissions.
11. **Right to Withhold Commissions or Terminate Relationship:**

Kirkwood Blvd reserves the right to withhold referral commissions or terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the affiliate relationship and forfeiture of commissions.
